Return Process

  Securely pack the appliance in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and promotional items to avoid restocking fees.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return shipment.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
